The president nominee, Hon. Zakaria Issifu as District Chief Executive (DCE) for Nanumba South District was officially confirmed today 1st October 2021 in Wulensi.
The confirmation ceremony which was done at the District Assembly had the presence of the Northern Regional Minister and other dignitaries including members of the Assembly.
28 total "Yes" representing 70% was counted as against 12 "No" representing 30%. The results proved that Hon. Zakaria Issifu was officially confirmed as the District Chief Executive for Nanumba South District .
