Residents of Yepalsi Electoral Area received the shocks of their lives after they saw a thick winding smoke emerging in between the centre of some fair sized houses build with sandstone.
The spectacular sight of people standing far away from the burning flames was cut short by the crackling fire that sent them panicking.
A visit to the scene by Nanung Media garnered that, the roaring flames was not necessarily a fire outbreak from any one of the houses. But it was simply the flames of some old deposited scraps that has been left unattended to. The owners felt it has no use anymore & hence couldn't set fire on it during the day time.
Most of the people spotted within the scene felt amazed after realizing the flaming fire was intentionally set up by their owners. Why couldn't they burn everything during the day time but rather in the night? became the topical question asked by many. It was indeed a risky encounter!!!
The burning incident took place yesternight at the forecourt of Akpaman's resident in Bimbilla at exactly 8:55PM
