The Nanung Peace Initiative (NPI) is thrilled to announce its annual Ramadan Gathering for 2025, taking place today, March 14th, at the Wulensi Market Square. This highly anticipated event is designed to foster a spirit of unity, forgiveness, and compassion among the community.
The gathering will feature an Iftar ceremony, followed by a Quranic Recitation session, where participants will come together to break their fast and seek spiritual nourishment. This event is the first phase of NPI's Ramadan initiatives, with the second phase scheduled to take place on the last Friday of Ramadan in Bimbilla.
This year's theme, "Promoting Forgiveness and Unity, Seeking Allah's Mercy for a Peaceful Nanung," reflects NPI's commitment to promoting peace, understanding, and social cohesion within the community. By bringing people together and encouraging them to seek Allah's mercy, NPI aims to create a harmonious and inclusive environment that benefits everyone.
