The District Chief Executive, Hon. Natogmah Ibrahim Munkaila, in his office today was with the Executive Director of Nanung Peace Initiative (N.P.I)
The message carried and delivered by the Executive Director, Mr Alhassan Somed Dasana, with regards to Nanuŋ peace was superb. All that the Initiative need to achieve its intended goals is our collective support.
The NPI Executive Director said,
"Using the violence approach cannot get us the solution to the long standing chieftaincy dispute in Nanung, only peaceful dialogue can solve the problem"
Therefore the Hon DCE of Nanumba South also call on all concern citizens, stakeholders, and all those who matter to rally behind this Initiative to get us a lasting solution.
