In the early hours of Tuesday, 12 August 2025, the management of Bimbilla Municipal Hospital gratefully received a significant donation of medical equipment and logistics support from Mr. Ahmed Dassana, Chief Operating Officer of the Ghana Chamber of Mines. This kind gesture is set to boost healthcare delivery in the municipality, particularly in maternal, ENT, and general patient care.
The items donated include:
1. Examination Lamps for Labour Ward – 2 units
2. Delivery Bed – 1 unit
3. Head Lamp for ENT – 1 unit
4. Electrical Ear Syringe – 1 unit
5. Oral Metal Spatula – 1 unit
6. Simple Phototherapy Machine – 1 unit
7. Examination Gloves – 6 packets
8. Mackintosh – 6 yards
9. Surgical Gowns – 100 pieces
10. Hair Nets – 100 pieces
11. Circumcision Set – 1 unit
These items will strengthen service delivery in critical areas such as maternal health, neonatal care, ENT procedures, and general surgical operations.
